On March 26th, the unveiling ceremony of fire prevention and rescue on sea research centre established by Dalian Maritime University was held in DMU.
Yang Zan and Tang Binwu on behalf of the each party performed the unveiling.
The two parties carried on an extensive discussion on technology cooperation and exploration of fire prevention and rescue programs together and so on.
The research centre conducts the standardization research on the establishment programs of Dalian fire prevention and rescue on sea research centre. It tackles key problems of technology research and forms the scheme. The centre invites experts and scholars to conduct the adequate demonstration. Experts from the two parties will do further research on the exploration and construction of fire prevention comprehensive information system, fire prevention navigation communication system, fire prevention simulation training system, fire prevention network training testing system, fire prevention dispatch and command assist decision-making system , et al, thus to form a series of science and technology achievements. These achievements can not be only used to solve the fire prevention safety problems but also be used to solve those on land. That will make contributions for the improvement of the fire prevention science and technology in China.
The establishment of the research center brings the technology advantages of DMU and the professional work advantages of the public security and fire prevention bureau of Dalian into full play and fills the gaps of the fire prevention and rescue on sea research in the country. It supports the goal of constructing Dalian fire prevention and rescue system into a model nationwide and provides basis for the scientific decision of the municipal government leaders.
