Professor, Ding Haifeng, Dean of History and Culture Colleague in Liaoning University as well as the authority in archives field, Zhao Shumei, Director of Archives Department, teachers and postgraduate students of Archives Department, ten people all together came to our university for an inspection to our archives on the 31st in March. Mr. Zhu Zhengjian, Director of the archives of DMU, received the guests and introduced the basic working situation of achieves to them.
Professor Ding Haifeng discussed many topics with us. They are: the establishment of archives system, traditional archives management, place electronic documents on files, documents digitalization and so on. When talking about the documents digitalization, both sides thought that we should solve the problem of placing electronic documents on files at present, in this way, we can get an active position in establishing archives informationazation.
Professor Ding Haifeng also inspected the storeroom of archives, archives entity management and the website of our archives. He sung high praise for the archives informationazation in our school.
