On May 23^rd, experts from Liaoning MSA and maritime institutions evaluated DMU’s work on seafarer training.

On behalf of DMU, Vice-President Sun Yuqing expressed his warmest welcome to the experts. He made an introduction on DMU’s seafarer training, which is conducted with the guidance and support from MoC, and with the aim to meet the demands from international seafarer market. Diretor Zhao Youtao, Division of Academic Affairs, made a presentation on DMU’s recruitment, teaching schedule, and training programs of navigation and marine engineering students as well as the training programs for seafarers from work.

        The experts carefully evaluated and field inspected the training programs. They spoke highly of DMU’s teaching and facilities; meanwhile, they provided constructive suggestions and advices.
