On the morning of June 21st, the engaging ceremony of Prof. Li Dongqing, Vanderbilt University as DMU visiting professor and Ph.D supervisor was held at DMU.
President Wang Zuwen delivered a speech at the ceremony. On behalf of DMU, President first extended his congratulations to Prof. Li on his engaging as DMU’s visiting professor and Ph.D supervisor. President Wang said that he wish that Prof. Li will work closely with DMU and make contribution to the enhancement of research capability and talent education. Prof. Li Dongqing expressed his honor and gratitude being engaged as DMU’s visiting professor and Ph.D supervisor. He said that the initiative cooperation with DMU will focus on laboratory building, young teacher training and programs at postgraduate level. After the ceremony, Prof. Li Dongqing visited Biology Research Center of DMU, and further exchanged ideas on cooperation project with Prof. Sun Yeqing. On June 20th, Prof. Li Dongqing delivered a speech entitled ‘Medical chip on a lab’ to DMU teachers and students.
