On September 3^rd and 4^th, Prof. Prof. Dai Weidong, Director of the Foreign Languages Discipline Accreditation Group of the State Council Academic Degree Commission was invited to visit DMU.

        On the afternoon of September 3^rd, President Wang Zuwen and Vice-President Zheng Shaonan had meetings with Prof. Dai respectively. They discussed deeply the discipline development of foreign languages and human sciences disciplines.

　　On the morning of 4^th, Prof. Dai had a discussion meeting with professors and postgraduate academic supervisors from Foreign Languages College, DMU. Prof. Dai introduced the development of foreign languages discipline in China, and discussed the issues regarding the discipline construction with the teachers. Afterwards, Prof. Dai delivered a speech entitled ‘Fossilization and Foreign Language Teaching’ to DMU teachers and students.
