2013年伦敦海事仲裁（大连）2013年研讨会定于2013年10月21-23日在辽宁省大连市举办。本次研讨会由伦敦海事仲裁委员会与大连海事大学合办，由大连海事大学法学院承办。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、会议主题和主讲嘉宾
本次会议主题是“伦敦海事仲裁理论与实践”。
会议特邀中外主讲嘉宾就伦敦海事仲裁规则及实践问题进行交流和沟通。
伦敦海事仲裁委员会主席Christopher Fyans先生、伦敦海事仲裁委员会秘书长Ian Gaunt先生，伦敦海事仲裁委员会全职仲裁员David-Martin Clark先生、伦敦海事仲裁委员会委员Clive Aston 将莅临本次研讨会，就伦敦海事仲裁委员会、仲裁规则以及期租合同、造船合同纠纷等时事热点问题及典型案例进行介绍和评论。此外我们还邀请参与过伦敦仲裁实务的具有丰富经验的中国著名专家、学者及律师与会分享他们的宝贵经验和建议。
会议参加人员来自船公司、承租人、造船厂、保险公司、海事律师、其他航运从业人员、高等院校、科研机构等。

Brainstorm from LMAA -DMU
This seminar is held by LMAA and Dalian Maritime University. The topic of this seminar is The Theory and Practice of Maritime Arbitration in London. The conference will be introduced by Christopher Fyans(President of the LMAA), and also feature presentations from Clive Aston (LMAA Committee member), David-Martin Clark(LMAA fullmember),Ian Gaunt (Hon. Sec of the LMAA), followed by open discussion about LMAA, Arbitration rules, Time Charterparty, Ship building contract and other relevant issues. Besides, the experienced experts and lawyers who have participated in London arbitration before will share the experience with the attendees.
